A little piece of me
I have always been creative, I have always created with my hands (whatever the result 🙂) and I liked it, it relaxed me, allowed me to be in my bubble too. I wanted to start sewing for a very long time, my grandmother sewed and her creations made me dream, she was gifted. After starting my sewing classes, my mother gave me my grandmother's sewing machine and I was proud of it, it was a legacy I wanted to honor.

How did I get the idea for Accessories & Me?
It all started with a wedding to prepare. We were looking for the ideal bow ties for the groom and his witnesses. Then we had the idea of also matching the children and women of the latter. Our observation: it was difficult to find good quality bow ties, for the whole family according to our colors and our needs. And why not make them ourselves, with a fabric that had a history, with an accessory that reflected the bond between us? The idea was born. Some requests followed this marriage and after long reflections this project was born.

What are my inspirations?
First of all, my husband since he is my first model, my support and my accomplice in all my tests, my research and my questions around novelties.
Then I find my inspiration in all the people around me, my family, my friends, the children, the people I meet at the bend of a street.
You are my inspiration. When you tell me about your project, your desires, you inspire me. News is often the result of discussions with you.
In short, anything that can touch me can inspire me.

Un petit bout de moi
J’ai toujours été créative, j’ai toujours créé de mes mains (quelque soit le résultat 🙂 ) et j’aimais ça, cela me relaxait, me permettait d’être dans ma bulle aussi. Je souhaitais depuis très longtemps me mettre à la couture, ma grand-mère cousait et ses créations me faisaient rêver, elle était douée. Après avoir commencé mes cours de couture, ma mère m’a offert la machine à coudre de ma grand-mère et j’en étais fière, c’était un héritage que je souhaitais honorer.

Comment j’ai eu l’idée d’Accessoires & Moi ?
Tout a commencé par un mariage à préparer. Nous cherchions les nœuds papillons idéaux pour le marié et ses témoins. Puis on a eu l’idée d’assortir également les enfants et les femmes de ces derniers. Notre constat : il était difficile de trouver des nœuds papillons de bonne qualité, pour toute la famille selon nos couleurs et nos besoins. Et pourquoi ne pas les faire nous-même, avec un tissu qui avait une histoire, avec un accessoire qui reflétait le lien entre nous ? L’idée était née. Quelques demandes ont fait suite à ce mariage et après de longues réflexions ce projet a vu le jour.

Quelles sont mes inspirations ?
Tout d’abord, mon mari puisque c’est mon premier modèle, mon soutien et mon complice dans tous mes tests, mes recherches et mes questionnements autour de nouveautés.
Ensuite, je trouve mon inspiration dans tous les gens qui m’entourent, ma famille, mes amis, les enfants, les gens que je croise au détour d’une rue.
Vous, vous êtes mon inspiration. Quand vous me parlez de votre projet, de vos envies, vous m’inspirez. Les nouveautés sont souvent le fruit de discussions avec vous.
Bref, tout ce qui peut me toucher peut m’inspirer.
